You gotta get the to point!
Here are a few pointers on how we produce product launch videos for New York startups and small businesses:
Show the context. Your product might have the latest bells and whistles, but that's not enough. Define the problem. Know what the customer wants and needs. THEN show how the product can solve their problems or give them what they're lacking.
Show rather than tell what the product is about. Sometimes clients makes a mistake by hiring a pretty model to showcase the product. It's better to film on video how the product actually works. Open the app. Push some buttons. Let the product sell itself.
Tell the story behind the product. How was it built? Who built the product? Is there an interesting story on how this all came about? Establish an emotional connection with your viewer.
Cater to your audience. If it's an app for a younger audience, your Frank Sinatra background music won't cut it! You'll need to find a fancy Drake-ish tune to get their attention.
These are just some of the ways we help clients launch and introduce their product to New Yorkers.
