NYC Location Ideas for NYC

It looks like another great sunny day for video production in NYC. If you are a business or a social media influencer, there's nothing like New York to make promo videos.

Here are some ideas for filming cinematic videos for your social media profiles:

Times Square

Even though it's not loved by locals due to heavy tourist traffic, it's still the world's most recognizable street. Times Square perfectly captures the term "bright lights, big city."

Everywhere you go there is a major brand with a store. There are big, bright neon lights. Open your Facebook and you'll get 20 ads in your feed.

If you are trying to get the world's attention through video, then a selfie or a professional video production in Times Square will really make your social media profile stand out.

Rockefeller Center

Conceived by John D. Rockefeller during the Depression as a “city within a city,” Rockefeller Center encompasses six square blocks of Midtown Manhattan. Several of the complex’s most popular attractions have made film appearances, including The Rainbow Room (Sleepless in Seattle), and Top of the Rock (The Adjustment Bureau).

Stop by in December and you'll see the world's most famous Christmas tree, as well as a really cool skating rink.

There are just two obvious choices that scream New York. Other places like Brooklynhave hidden jewels that few outsiders know about. These would be great candidates for locations for video production.
